We found ourselves in our happy place at the edge of the bay
Lucy amplified the lives of three strays
We endured unknown seconds at different peaks
We didn't care about our troubled pasts or what had us so bleak
We journeyed and arrived, and grasped onto what we first came to seek
We walked together; side-by-side
We swung together; genuine smiles
We loved each other; hearts aligned
